The future has never been random; the only question remaining is just who will create it. Noah Baurer is living a sheltered life as a young physics genius, until the day he is told he is an extraterrestrial telepathic hybrid with a mission. The Earth has been under quarantine by the Galactic Council to keep the violent, corrupt Homo Sapiens from disrupting galactic peace. Extraterrestrials have been trying to help humanity develop advanced societies, but continued failures force alternatives. Noah must stop the disclosure of advanced physics forbidden to humans, or the Galactic Confederation will be triggered to destroy humanity with cataclysmic destruction. Noah is one of a new generation of hybrids, Homo Galaxus, who have been designed to have the necessary characteristics to create an advanced society. They have been placed on Earth to eventually replace Homo Sapiens, but others have a competing scheme. The Dracons, reptilian refugees hidden in enclaves around the Earth, strive to force an extermination of Homo Sapiens so they may claim the Earth. They fight a proxy war using their own hybrids. Noah must unleash his new abilities and find the courage to fight back against the Dracons. There will be the rise of the Homo Galaxus era as the Homo Sapiens fade away or the Dracons will trigger an extinction event of Homo Sapiens. Is transformation the only pathway to survival?

Just as Jack Westcott and Jill Schuler think their past criminal and political ordeals are behind them, a chance for gratifying revenge turns into trouble as they try to start a new life together.

Jack is angered when he sees that the Chairman sent some of the dirty money to the Marxists who kidnapped him two years ago. He thought revenge would be sweet. However, these documents also expose a dark network of powerful elites who send their forces to destroy Jack, Jill, their friends, and the documents.
